About The Position

Ivy Health is hiring a full-time Clinic Director / Physical Therapist for its Champaign, Illinois clinic. This clinician-leader balances patient care with managing people, clinic operations, growth, marketing, recruiting, and the overall success of the clinic. The role leads a team focused on helping patients return to the activities they love and delivering exceptional care. The position requires an active or pending Physical Therapist license and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. The stated base compensation range is $90,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience. The role is eligible for a director bonus plan and a retention bonus.

Requirements

Active or pending Physical Therapist license.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Provide patient care as a Physical Therapist.
Lead and manage the clinic team.
