About The Position

Ivy Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Virginia. The role is based at the 1301 Cedar Road (Grassfield) location. The therapist will provide physical therapy care as part of a team that also offers occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. The position offers access to documentation support through ScribeIQ, mentorship and career advice, professional learning partnerships, and opportunities for career growth in areas such as clinic ownership, travel assignments, residency and fellowship programs, mentoring, leadership, and non-clinical roles. Compensation includes an annual base range of $83,000–$103,000, a bi-weekly clinician bonus plan, and either lifetime uncapped student loan repayment or a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. Benefits begin the first of the month following the start date, subject to eligibility where specified.

Requirements

Active or pending Physical Therapist license.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
