About The Position
Ivy Health is hiring a full-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist in Michigan. The therapist will work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, depending on the clinic’s specialty. Treatment sessions are individualized to support a patient-centered approach. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, clinician autonomy, and professional growth aligned with each clinician’s interests and expertise. The role is based at one of the listed locations: Kalamazoo (Gull Road) or Portage (1423 W Centre Ave). Ivy Health provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Requirements
- Active or pending Physical Therapist license in the state where treatment is provided.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients with varying ages and diagnoses.
- Deliver individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
