About The Position

Ivy Health is hiring a full-time Clinic Director in Champaign, Illinois. This clinician-leader balances patient care with leading people and managing clinic operations, growth, marketing, recruiting, and overall clinic success. The role is part of a team providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. The position requires an active or pending Physical Therapist license and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. The stated base compensation range is $90,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience. The position is also eligible for a director bonus plan and retention bonus. Requirements

Active or pending license as a Physical Therapist.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care while leading the clinic team.
Manage clinic operations and contribute to clinic growth and overall success.
Support marketing and recruiting for the clinic.
