About The Position
Obtains complete, accurate and relevant patient data for the purpose of registration for the outpatient and Emergency department population; completes patient insurance verification and copay collection.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge required with the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent phone and customer service experience required
Nice To Haves
- Cerner experience preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Obtains complete, accurate and relevant patient data for the purpose of registration for the outpatient and Emergency department population
