Registered Nurse Jobs

The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver and member of a multidisciplinary health care team. The nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during a designated time frame and supervises and provides patient care using the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self. The role is in Cooper’s Operating Room, a fast-paced, high-tech surgical setting with 30 operating rooms and more than 70 surgeries each day. The Camden Campus is South Jersey’s only Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. Cooper’s surgical services are growing, offering opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement. The nurse follows established policies and procedures, communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors, provides excellent customer service when working with staff, management, and physicians, applies Cooper core values, and performs other duties as required.
