About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting (manufacturing or industrial preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple requisitions.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset aligned with Stow’s values of teamwork, safety, and innovation.
• You live in the area of Adairsville : max 30 minutes' drive from plant location

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across all open positions.
• Partner with the plant manager and department leaders to define job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community partnerships.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage offer processes- prepare offer letters, confirm acceptances, and initiate onboarding.
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline).
• Support employer branding and recruitment events (career fairs, open houses, plant tours).
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal HR processes.
