Collate is hiring its first full lifecycle GTM Recruiter as we continue to scale post Series A. We're selling into life sciences — a market where trust, regulatory fluency, and flawlessly executed sales cycles matter as much as product — and the people we hire into Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support need to reflect that. You'll own GTM hiring end to end, partnering with the Head of Recruiting and leadership to build the team that turns Collate's product into revenue. There's no existing playbook for this function at Collate — you'll build the sourcing strategy from scratch, while moving fast enough to hit an aggressive hiring plan. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role filled with ambiguity so it is imperative that you can adapt quickly, be open to unlearn what may have worked before, and deliver with flawless execution. We are 5 days a week onsite in San Francisco.
