The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, focusing on sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates for various technology roles such as Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI, and other Enterprise Technology positions. A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs, utilizing various sourcing channels like job boards, sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and CRMs. The position also requires providing market intelligence and talent insights to inform hiring strategies and acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. Delivering a positive candidate experience through proactive communication is essential, as is acting as a trusted talent partner. Staying knowledgeable about current technology talent market conditions, emerging recruiting trends, and sourcing techniques is also crucial.
