About The Position

Requirements

• Completed BA/BS degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training with a scheduled final graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze and report data
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
• Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the role
• Must have been a 2026 Truist Intern

Nice To Haves

• Prior Commercial Real Estate experience as an analyst, broker, leasing agent or property manager or equivalent.
• Master's in real estate/Finance or combined Commercial Real Estate experience through internships or other experiences
• Foundational knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise software and use of 3rd party Real Estate Data Sources (CoStar, REIS, Axiometrics).
• Overall GPA of 3.5

Responsibilities

• Enhance financial and industry analysis skills through exposure to a wide variety of lending transactions.
• Build expertise in commercial real estate and underwriting.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of their portfolio of clients.
• Conduct modeling, underwriting, and financial analysis.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and report data.
• Travel, occasionally overnight.
