We're seeking a Product Manager to define product strategy, lead development initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that create measurable impact across one of the nation's leading healthcare systems. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders to bring cutting-edge digital products from concept to launch—and continuously evolve them to meet user and business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience defining and delivering successful digital, software, or technology products.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with technical teams in software development, data analytics, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
  • Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
  • Experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties 3-5 years required
  • Strong understanding of digital product management, market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence and align engineers, business leaders, executives, and stakeholders around product vision and strategy.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus building.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and business partners.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results under pressure.
  • High attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader business and strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive successful product outcomes in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and technology solutions.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.

  • Prioritize product investments and release plans based on user value, business impact, and strategic goals.
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
