About The Position

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and prospect acquisition for a new premium financial offering. The role will build and execute a B2B-hybrid marketing motion focused on prospects who are not yet Robinhood customers, including personally developing outbound channels and coordinating central marketing and Concierge teams across other channels. The manager will implement CRM-integrated marketing technology, orchestrate conversion paths, and develop attribution to optimize customer acquisition costs relative to lifetime value. The position sits within the Customer Care Product team, which builds product experiences, automation, and human-assisted touchpoints for customers throughout their financial journeys. The team develops client-facing tools, scheduling flows, and expert-consultation routing for premium financial offerings, working closely with central marketing, Concierge, and growth marketing while prioritizing ethical execution and compliance. This role is based in Robinhood’s New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week. It is eligible for performance-driven compensation, bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C demand generation or growth marketing, including hands-on experience building campaigns within an existing stack.
  • Experience creating a marketing stack that combines outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email, and outreach with a live book-a-call or demo conversion flow, including marketing automation, lead routing, scheduling, and attribution.
  • Experience marketing a sales-assisted product where the funnel leads to a live conversation rather than a self-serve signup; examples include wealth management, fintech, insurance, or B2B SaaS with a human handoff.
  • Routine use of AI across marketing workflows and comfort directing a hybrid workflow of human collaborators and AI tools.
  • Experience shipping outbound campaigns end-to-end, pairing creative assets and messaging with distribution channels, and directing other teams or agencies on channels not produced personally.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in wealth management, private banking, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), or a fintech serving high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience with compliance-reviewed marketing in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Experience planning small, high-touch VIP or executive events.
  • Depth in two or more areas of product marketing, growth/demand generation, and content/brand, with the ability to operate across all three.
  • Comfort building and presenting a go-to-market perspective to senior leaders under evolving timelines and confidentiality constraints.
  • Experience with referral programs or partner-channel marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run outbound marketing, including LinkedIn, email, and outreach, to reach high-net-worth and mass-affluent prospects outside Robinhood’s existing customer base.
  • Own the free expert consultation and self-serve signup conversion paths; partner with product on lead qualification and routing to expert calendars, nurture no-shows and leads not yet ready, and test outreach channels.
  • Set strategy and brief execution for paid, brand creative, events, and owned/lifecycle channels through central marketing and Concierge teams.
  • Implement the marketing technology required to serve this audience, integrating it with a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Drive marketing execution against a confidential internal timeline.
  • Partner with central marketing, Concierge, growth, product, and legal/compliance; understand timelines and marketing outputs, triage issues in real time, and advocate for prospective clients.
  • Build and iterate marketing attribution and efficiency, focusing primarily on net-new client acquisition costs relative to lifetime value (CAC:LTV).

Benefits

  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees and 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Access to AI tools and continuous AI skill-building.
  • Flexible lifestyle spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits.
  • Company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more.
  • Catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
