Green LED Lighting Solutions
•$70,000 - $95,000•Remote

About The Position

Green LED Lighting Solutions (GLLS) designs and manufactures custom LED systems for architectural, signage, entertainment, and pixel lighting projects across North America and the UK. The Product Manager owns the product line end to end, including the catalog, configuration and pricing, product roadmap, and the translation of factory drawings into reliable product documentation. This is a hands-on role in a lean, AI-leveraged company, reporting directly to the CEO. The role involves writing specifications, building pricing, and managing samples. The position owns product families covering linear pixel, architectural linear, signage, and entertainment lighting. It develops a 12–24 month roadmap based on rep and specifier demand, margin, and supply risk; evaluates products for retirement, consolidation, or re-sourcing; and sets list and channel pricing. It also leads new product development from requirements through launch, including coordination with internal technologists and contract factories, certification paths, cost, landed cost, lead time, tariffs, and country-of-origin exposure. The Product Manager maintains configuration rules in the CPQ system, product and BOM data in Business Central, and product documentation and content, including spec sheets, installation guides, IES files, and website content. The role supports launches with training, sales tools, and pricing for reps and distributors; represents products to lighting designers and architects; and uses field feedback, warranty data, and quote losses to inform roadmap decisions. Year-one objectives include completing a catalog audit within 30 days, approving a roadmap and refreshed price book within 90 days, taking the first new or revised product family through samples within six months, and shipping at least two launches within 12 months. The position is fully remote within the United States. Occasional travel is required to Moncton, New Brunswick; Las Vegas, Nevada; trade shows; and factories.
