Product Led Growth Manager

•$120,223 - $214,598

About The Position

Re:Build is building Livewire, an AI-native software product for intuitive wire harness design and manufacturing. Livewire is already in use by customers, and the Product Led Growth Manager will help discover and build its growth engine. This hands-on role connects the customer journey from discovery and acquisition through product activation, value realization, retention, and payment. The manager will work closely with Product and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to make the journey measurable and run a consistent flow of experiments that inform product and growth decisions. This is a builder role suited to someone who is comfortable examining both product behavior and acquisition data, conducting experiments, and talking with users. The role offers high autonomy in an environment without a mature growth playbook or extensive infrastructure. It will likely begin with few or no direct reports; instead, the manager will guide external firms, contractors, and internal specialists. The position is a sedentary role in a standard office environment, with occasional air and car travel. The working assumption is a standard full-time schedule with flexibility to collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and other Re:Build teams. The role is an opportunity to shape Livewire's growth system, working closely with Product to determine which users gain the most value, what changes their workflows, where they encounter friction, and how early usage can become an enduring habit and commercial relationship. The position may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
