About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Two to three years of computer experience preferred.
• Will consider one year of previous work experience in other fields.
• Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• Must possess ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Must demonstrate effective time management skills
• Must demonstrate efficiency and organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of customer service/public relations/leadership experience preferred.
• Previous medical record or billing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to compile and analyze data preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public, patients, and families.
• Obtain and enter demographic and financial information for all patient types.
• Handle customer service issues in a customer-friendly manner.
• Accurately listen and respond appropriately to address and resolve issues.
• Ensure all paperwork is checked for registration accuracy.
• Continually enhance knowledge regarding administrative processes to train new hires and existing employees.
• Show initiative in process improvement.
• Collect required fees from patients or authorized representatives.
• Manage daily operations.
