Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and of community outreach, recruitment, or related activities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Professional judgment and discretion, especially in healthcare environments.
• Comfortable attending community events and interacting with staff and external partners.
• Excellent sales orientation.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience is considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local branches to support community outreach, marketing, recruitment, and employee onboarding initiatives that strengthen relationships, increase visibility, and promote regional growth.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to identify outreach opportunities, support recruitment efforts, and assist with community engagement activities.
• Support recruiting initiatives, including candidate outreach, career fairs, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages; respond professionally and promptly or direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance, including follower growth, engagement, reach, response activity, referrals, and visibility trends.
