About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Ability to use hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull a heavy load-bearing cart.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and manage multiple tasks.
• Diligence and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.

Nice To Haves

• Previous print, insert, or machine work experience.
• Machining or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed inkjet printers.
• Operate high-speed mail inserting machines and digital printing equipment.
• Set up and configure printing and inserting equipment according to job specifications.
• Review and interpret job orders, including quantity, stock type, and finishing requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing and inserting machinery.
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings to meet quality and output requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on printed and inserted materials to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
• Maintain accurate production and quality-control records, and rectify or report defects and issues to leadership.
• Follow safety protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
