They develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes, and implement supportive housing and clinical case management programs. The People Operations Department manages talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll and benefits, people management, compliance, and organizational development. The Receptionist role is the first point of contact for guests, requiring a positive, compassionate, and respectful approach to all visitors, including underserved populations like the homeless and re-entry populations. The office environment is described as fun, friendly, and fast-paced, requiring flexibility and the ability to adjust quickly and calmly. The position involves a heavy call volume and a steady flow of visitors, necessitating multi-tasking, working with interruptions, maintaining confidentiality, and being physically on-site Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. This is a Non-Hybrid/Non-Remote Position.
