About The Position

We are seeking an LPN/LVN for a 4-week assignment to provide high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting. This role requires weekend availability and strong clinical skills.

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Strong medication administration skills
  • Strong resident assessment skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong patient care skills
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
  • Experience providing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care setting

Responsibilities
