About The Position

Peak Resources, a North Carolina skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living company with nine locations, is seeking a part-time LPN Staff Nurse for Peak Resources Peak Shelby. The company’s stated priority is providing a relaxing, comforting environment focused on residents’ well-being and happiness.

The LPN may participate in assuring implementation of established healthcare plans for assigned residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), and supports ongoing data collection. The typical schedule is 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. A sign-on bonus is currently offered.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state.
• Current BLS CPR certification, including an in-person skills assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in assuring implementation of established healthcare plans for assigned residents, as supervised by the Registered Nurse.
• Participate in and support ongoing data collection.
