About The Position
Peak Resources is seeking a part-time LPN Staff Nurse to join its team at Peak Resources Peak Shelby. The organization provides skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living services, with a focus on residents’ well-being and happiness. A sign-on bonus is currently offered. The typical work schedule is 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The Licensed Practical Nurse may participate in assuring implementation of established health care plans for assigned residents, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN also participates in and supports ongoing data collection.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state.
- Current BLS CPR certification, including an in-person skills assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Participate in assuring implementation of established health care plans for assigned residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Participate in and support ongoing data collection.
