Memory Care Coordinator Jobs

Harbour Village is recruiting a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator for its Memory Care Unit. The coordinator plans, schedules, and coordinates meaningful activities suited to residents’ needs and interests and supporting their physical, mental, and social well-being. The role includes leading daily activities and creating diverse, engaging programs for residents ranging from newly retired seniors to those needing physical assistance or experiencing different stages of memory loss. The coordinator assists the Director of Life Enrichment with resident activities and special events, following the community’s Life Enrichment programs, including Lifestyles and Health Services, Embrace the World, Ambassador, and the Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program. The position also promotes a healthy community culture and supports educational opportunities for residents and staff on disease prevention and management within the Lifestyle and Health Services Wellness Program. The coordinator helps prepare and distribute monthly activity calendars according to community standards. This is a full-time position that includes working every other weekend. Employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or apply for and receive an approved exemption as a condition of employment. Other roles in the community may require disclosure of vaccination status for MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID-19.
