About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude in repairing pumps, valves, motors, and industrial equipment.
• Plumbing and electrical experience required for installations and maintenance.
• Flexibility for on-call scheduling and weekend availability as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an industrial, water, or wastewater environment.
• Hands-on electrical knowledge involving 110V–480V.
• PLC knowledge.
• Experience using test meters and other diagnostic equipment to diagnose electrical issues.
• Welding experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and boilers.
• HVAC or boiler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair pumps, including diaphragm and Gorman-Rupp pumps, motors, air compressors, and other plant equipment.
• Work alongside plant operators to support smooth operations and efficient production output.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety regulations, use personal protective equipment properly, and comply with environmental standards.
• Perform plumbing and electrical installations and repairs to keep equipment operating effectively.
