About The Position

Princeton Properties, a New England-based property management company, is hiring a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for its Westford property. The technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing property maintenance and performs maintenance and repair work across apartment homes. The role includes troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues, with training provided. The technician responds to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule and participates in snow removal when required, including nights and weekends during storms. The work involves both independent tasks and collaboration with the team, vendors, and property management staff.

Requirements

Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
Maintenance experience is welcome, including apartment or general repair experience.
Possess a basic set of hand tools and be comfortable using them; examples include a hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, and drill bits.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and crawling.
Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal on a rotating schedule.
Successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.
