Welder/ Mechanic - Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay
About The Position
JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role maintains and repairs preparation plant machinery, performs welding and torching, and assists with facility maintenance and general labor. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. The schedule consists of 10-hour shifts, four days on and three days off, with shifts available from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, or 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available. Requirements
- Background in welding and maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Ability to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.
- Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
- Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
- Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
