About The Position

JENNMAR Services is hiring full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians at the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting preparation-plant machinery, along with welding and torching to repair or replace equipment and structural components. The schedule consists of 10-hour shifts, with four days on and three days off. Available shifts are 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, and 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available. Employees must be able to work shifts that include weekends and holidays. Required personal protective equipment is not provided.

Requirements

Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
Must have a background in welding or maintenance.
Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.
Must be able to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
Required PPE, not provided: hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation-plant machinery.
Perform welding and torching as needed to repair or replace screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
