About The Position

JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The position offers competitive pay, performance-based pay increases, benefits, and long-term career opportunities in a stable and growing industry. Work is scheduled as four days on and three days off, with 10-hour shifts. Available shifts are 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, and 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available. Employees maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery, performing welding and torching as needed to repair or replace plant equipment and structural components. They also assist with general labor and maintenance throughout the facility and comply with MSHA safety requirements. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. Required personal protective equipment is not provided and includes a hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots.

Requirements

Must have a background in welding and maintenance.
Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.
Must be able to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
Required PPE, not provided: hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots.

Nice To Haves

Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.
Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
