About The Position

JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The position involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting preparation plant machinery, including welding and torching to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams. Employees also assist with general labor and maintenance throughout the facility and must comply with MSHA safety requirements. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. Employees work 10-hour shifts on a four-days-on, three-days-off schedule. Available shifts are first shift (7:00 AM–5:00 PM), second shift (3:00 PM–1:00 AM), and third shift (9:00 PM–7:00 AM). Overtime is available. The role requires working shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Must have a background in welding and maintenance.
Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.
Must wear a hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots; PPE is not provided.

Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.

Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
