Welder/ Mechanic - Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay
About The Position
JENNMAR Services is hiring full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting preparation plant machinery, along with welding and torching to repair or replace equipment and structural components. Employees also assist with general labor and facility maintenance and must comply with MSHA safety requirements. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. The schedule uses 10-hour shifts, four days on and three days off, across first, second, or third shifts. Overtime is available. Requirements
- Must have a background in welding and maintenance.
- Must have knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Must be able to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.

- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.
- Weld and use a torch as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
- Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
- Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
