Welder/ Mechanic - Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay
About The Position
JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting preparation plant machinery, with welding and torching work as needed. The schedule consists of 10-hour shifts, four days on and three days off. Available shifts are first shift, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; second shift, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM; and third shift, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Must have a background in welding or maintenance.
- Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
- Required PPE, which is not provided: hard hat; reflective vest or shirt; metatarsal boots.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.
- Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
- Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
- Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
