Welder/ Mechanic - Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay
About The Position
JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting preparation plant machinery, including performing welding and torching to repair or replace equipment and structural components. Employees also assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility and must comply with MSHA safety requirements. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. The schedule is four days on and three days off, with 10-hour shifts. Available shifts are 1st shift, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM; and 3rd shift, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Requirements
- Background in welding and maintenance.
- Knowledge of using basic hand tools.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
