About The Position

JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The position involves maintaining and repairing preparation-plant machinery, welding and torching as needed, and performing general facility maintenance. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. The schedule is four days on and three days off, with 10-hour shifts. Available shifts are 1st shift, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM; and 3rd shift, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available. The role requires working shifts that may include weekends and holidays. Required PPE is not provided: a hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots.

Requirements

Background in welding and maintenance.
Knowledge of using basic hand tools.
Ability to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.

Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
MSHA Surface Training; training is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation-plant machinery.
Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
