About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and equipment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
- Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality Mediterranean dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to portion control and presentation standards for all dishes.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills.
