About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years HR and/or recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS (Dayforce) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, seasonal, and professional roles.
• Partner with managers to define needs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Screen, interview, and extend offers while ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies for temporary workforce needs.
• Oversee onboarding, employee status changes, records, and policy support.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, maintain HR documentation, and prepare reports/dashboards.
• Support performance management, recognition programs, and exit interviews.
