About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working within the Pharmacy organization or HR experience in an onsite distribution facility.
• Demonstrated effective verbal communication skills with the ability to work across the team and various channels of Leadership
• Prior experience working directly with various leadership levels
• Demonstrated learning agility and the ability to showcase problem solving skills supporting complexities of the business

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior leadership experience preferred (experience as a Pharmacy Supervisor or Manager is a plus)
• Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage annual processes (compensation planning, talent reviews, development planning).
• Serve as a key partner and coach to site leadership.
• Use data to inform and execute talent strategies.
• Model change leadership behaviors and coach leaders to lead effectively through change.
• Partner with HR Shared Services on associate investigations and performance management.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with leaders and associates while handling highly confidential information with tact and sound judgment.
• Deeply understand site needs and gaps, advocating for resources and solutions that drive positive change and business results.
