About The Position

Requirements

• Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.
• Conditional offer subject to criminal background check.
• Open availability to accommodate varying schedules as well as able to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 50 lbs.
• Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.
• Ability to work outside, indoors, in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning main rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, corridors, offices, other work areas inside and out and housekeeping storage areas.
• Operating vacuums, carpet extractors, carpet shampoo machines, floor waxers, buffers, pressure washers, trash compactor.
• Emptying trash from waste baskets and trash receptacles and cleaning daily.
• Removing trash and recycling materials from all areas – public and guest rooms and placing it in trash compactor or proper recycling container.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and maintaining carpets, wood and tile floors in all areas.
• Cleaning and spot cleaning upholstered furniture.
• De-webbing inside and outside all assigned areas as necessary or assigned.
• Cleaning public bathrooms and restocking supplies.
• Cleaning all walls, woodwork, doors, frames, artwork, sills, panels, window blinds.
• Dusting furniture and equipment and polishing metalwork.
• Washing sidewalks and/or removing spots and/or stains.
• Washing windows, screens and exterior walls.
• Completing any other projects/duties as directed and assigned.
