The Global Technology Support Specialist is responsible for providing Level 1 hands-on technical support to end users globally across the organization. This role ensures the stability and efficiency of information technology systems, supporting hardware, software base application, and contributes to continuous improvement of Information Technology support processes in collaboration with the global IT team. This position will work within the IT ticketing system and configure new devices that support a seamless global work environment. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Information Technology.
