Our Pelvic Health operating unit advances care for bladder and bowel control conditions through restorative, minimally invasive neuromodulation therapies. By modulating sacral and peripheral nerves, we deliver personalized, programmable solutions backed by strong clinical evidence to help restore function and improve quality of life. We are seeking a highly organized, action-oriented Technical Program Manager, Digital Health who excels at leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate has deep experience partnering with software development teams to build and manage integrated program plans that coordinate work across multiple teams, clearly map dependencies, establish milestones, and proactively identify risks to delivery. This individual is an exceptional communicator who can translate technical details into actionable plans, align diverse stakeholders, and drive accountability across engineering and business teams. Success in this role requires a structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity, can anticipate and resolve cross-team challenges, and consistently keeps programs moving forward while ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
