About The Position

Relient Health is recruiting an experienced Therapy Program Manager to lead rehabilitation operations at a Senior Living Community in Granite Bay, California. This is a full-time, direct-hire, permanent leadership opportunity for a licensed therapy professional with prior experience managing therapy services in a Senior Living Community. The manager will lead PT, OT, and SLP services, supporting clinical excellence, efficient operations, and a positive environment for patients and staff. The position is open only to licensed therapy professionals who have already worked as a Therapy Program Manager in a Senior Living Community setting; clinicians seeking their first management role and professionals from other therapy disciplines are not being considered. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Compensation is approximately $45–$52 per hour, with the posting noting that rates may be approximate or estimates.

Requirements

Active PTA license in California.
At least one year of recent experience as a Director of Rehab (DOR) in a Senior Living Community setting or equivalent; required.
Prior experience as a Therapy Program Manager in a Senior Living Community setting.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards.
Must be a licensed therapy professional; other therapy disciplines are not being considered.
