About The Position

New Horizons is seeking a Program Manager for its Community Living Department. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department, overseeing Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals. The role supports individuals with disabilities in growing, developing skills, and living as independently as possible. The position calls for strong communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to the needs of the organization and its employees.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Drug test required.
• Background report and driving record required.
• TB test required.

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred.
