About The Position

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced clinician for the Program Manager role. The Program Manager works with all disciplines to provide clinical and program oversight and administrative direction for assigned treatment teams. The role includes supporting patient care, coordinating treatment planning and case management, overseeing treatment modalities and documentation, and training and developing staff.

Pate Rehabilitation provides evidence-based physical, occupational, speech/language, and neurocognitive therapies, as well as vocational rehabilitation, to help people recovering from acquired brain injury return to a high quality of life.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing or Therapy.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an associated field.
• Demonstrated knowledge and competence in advanced practice clinical skills, including goals-driven therapy and utilization management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in brain injury rehabilitation services is preferred.
• Past leadership experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of funding sources and regulations as applied to brain injury rehabilitation services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and coordinate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient updates, treatment planning, case management, and communication with patients and family members.
• Provide clinical oversight and implement treatment modalities.
• Perform admissions and patient therapeutic interactions when needed.
• Direct treatment staff in meeting identified goals and ensure follow-through on treatment plans.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, including treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge summaries.
• Provide continued training to staff as necessary.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
