About The Position

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Supported Living Manager for its High Behavior Supported Living Homes in the St. Louis office. The role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, helping them live as independently as possible, participate in their communities, and reach their potential. The manager trains and supervises staff, coordinates client services and staffing, oversees budgets and documentation, and responds to client and house needs. The position requires open availability, weekend availability, and on-call coverage for emergencies.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Train and supervise staff in accordance with state and federal regulations and Benchmark Group Home policies and procedures.
Participate in an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement each client's individual plan.
Maintain staff schedules within staffing limitations.
Oversee the house budget and client financial management as specified in each client's ISP.
Attend agency and departmental meetings and client appointments as directed; chair client-specific and staff meetings.
Provide on-call services and respond to client and house needs.
Complete required daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly documentation in accordance with Benchmark Human Services, state, and federal requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
