About The Position

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced clinician to serve as a Program Manager. The role works in conjunction with all disciplines to provide clinical and program oversight and administrative direction for assigned treatment teams. The Program Manager supports exceptional patient care while helping advance their career. Pate Rehabilitation provides evidence-based physical, occupational, speech/language, and neurocognitive therapies, as well as vocational rehabilitation, to support recovery and help people with acquired brain injuries return to a high quality of life.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate degree, or baccalaureate school of nursing or therapy.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an associated field.
Demonstrated knowledge and competence in advanced practice clinical skills, including goals-driven therapy and utilization management.

Nice To Haves

Experience in brain injury rehabilitation services is preferred.
Past leadership experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of funding sources and regulations as applied to brain injury rehabilitation services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Consult and coordinate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient updates, treatment planning, case management, and communication with patients and family members.
Provide clinical oversight and implement treatment modalities.
Perform admissions and patient therapeutic interactions when needed.
Direct treatment staff in meeting identified goals and ensure follow-through on treatment plans.
Ensure comprehensive documentation, including treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge summaries.
Provide continued training to staff as necessary.
Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
