About The Position

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Supported Living Manager for its High Behavior Supported Living Homes in the St. Louis office. The role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, with a focus on helping clients live as independently as possible and participate in their communities. The manager trains and supervises staff, helps develop and implement each client’s individual plan, maintains staffing schedules, oversees house and client budgets, and completes required documentation. The position requires availability on weekends, open availability, and on-call coverage for emergencies and other client or house needs.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Train and supervise staff in accordance with state and federal regulations and Benchmark Group Home policies and procedures.
Participate in an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement each client’s individual plan.
Maintain staff schedules within staffing limitations.
Oversee financial management of the house budget and each client’s finances as specified in the ISP.
Attend agency and departmental meetings and client appointments as directed.
Chair client-specific and staff meetings.
Provide on-call services and respond to client and house needs.
Complete required daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
