About The Position
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our barn operations team. This role includes general barn maintenance, animal care, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced agricultural environment. All new hires will complete training during daytime hours before being assigned to a permanent shift.
Requirements
- Strong dependability and punctuality required
- Ability to manage conflict and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of barn facilities
- Feeding, watering, and general care of cattle
- Monitoring barn conditions and reporting issues
- Supporting overall barn operations and workflow
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Working collaboratively with team members
- Handling conflict situations professionally and effectively
- Following all safety and operational procedures
- Handling cattle safely and responsibly
- Loading and unloading cattle
