Grounds Keeper - Plant Ops

About The Position
The Groundskeeper is responsible for caring for the landscape around Martin County Hospital District buildings. Duties include routine grounds upkeep such as mowing grass, trimming shrubbery, weeding, pressure washing and sweeping walkways, and watering plants during dry weather. The role uses tools such as a power mower and rake and includes occasional preventative maintenance on facilities. The work calls for a well-rounded individual with several years of landscaping or cleaning experience.
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- OSHA 10 Training required within 6 months of hire.
- Several years of landscaping or cleaning experience.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
