About The Position

Maintains hospital and hospital-associated properties to a standard that exemplifies the hospital’s mission and purpose by keeping outdoor spaces aesthetically pleasing and functional. This position is designated safety sensitive under Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana. The employee must wear required PPE and be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations efficiently and composedly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related work experience in groundskeeping or landscaping, preferably in a hospital or commercial setting.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Current Arkansas driver’s license and a driving record that meets and maintains the requirements set by the hospital’s insurance carrier.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, solve problems, and make decisions.
• Ability to stand and walk, bend, stoop, and twist, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds using proper body mechanics.
• Ability to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
• Required to wear PPE.
• Original transcripts required for primary source verification.
