Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and a culture of hospitality.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development by coaching managers and leading a highly engaged team.
• Oversee daily operations by partnering with culinary and resort leadership to deliver outstanding food quality, service, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining an active presence, resolving concerns, building lasting guest relationships, and using feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the dining experience.
• Own the restaurant's financial success by managing budgets, forecasting, labor, inventory, cost controls, and key business performance indicators.
• Collaborate with resort departments to support events, marketing initiatives, and seamless operations across the property.
• Bring your unwavering passion for restaurant, F&B and hospitality to the forefront.
• Be a part of the volunteer and charity initiatives we support and contribute to the betterment of the community we serve.
• Foster staff development and create a positive atmosphere that not only motivates our team but also ensures we meet our P&L goals.
• Engage with local vendors, business and farms to source quality products while also educating junior team members and advocating for their growth and development.
• Actively participate in and support our community's volunteer efforts and charitable initiatives to make a positive impact.
• Oversee all facets of the restaurant, resolving any challenges that arise by maintaining effective communication with team-members and the community.
