About The Position

Requirements

• Stands/walk 100% of shift
• Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently
• Lifts and carries weights of up to 70lbs up to 20 times per shift; place these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and freezer
• Work indoors 75%, outdoors 25%
• Work frequently in hot and damp environment
• Verbalize and respond to Team Members and Managers
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
• Work in hot and damp environment
• Prior janitorial experience (one year)

Responsibilities

• Provide guests and team members with clean sanitized and spot-free utensils plate ware, glassware, and equipment.
• Set up dish machine in the AM and close down the dish machine in the PM according to proper procedures.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
• Perform job responsibilities as assigned with outside cleaning and facility upkeep.
• Trouble-shoots dishwasher machine malfunctions.
• Wash plate-ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans and kitchen utensils following sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Keep the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash.
• Clean and sanitize throughout the shift.
• Complete assigned prep work.
• Perform shift change and opening or closing responsibilities.
• Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist other Team Members or when needs dictate.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
