About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle; employees must drive themselves to and from job sites, as ridesharing and drop-offs are not permitted.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle-driving requirements, verified through a Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Availability Monday through Friday, as early as 6 a.m. through late afternoon.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles per day, lift up to 30–50 pounds, and work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Must obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6 inches high.
• Approved two-way radios are listed as a qualification/equipment requirement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic-control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to promote safety and efficiency at job sites.
• Assist Crew Leaders with setting up and maintaining work zones.
